Registered Manager- Children's Home

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a team and ensure the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance in a children's residential home. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in children's residential services and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Manager or in a leadership role in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
• High staff-to-child ratio for quality care
