Job Description
We're on a mission to drive the global green energy revolution and we're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Global COO and UK Operations Director. You'll be the trusted right-hand person, managing a complex diary, coordinating priorities, and building strong relationships across the Ops department and Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Experience as an Executive Assistant with at least 2 years' experience supporting a c-suite executive
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy
- Calm under pressure
- Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptionally organised with efficient time management, with the ability to prioritise effectively
