Executive Assistant

We're seeking a proactive, experienced Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day activities of our CEO, SVP of Science & SVP of Commercial, and help us scale commercially and internationally. As our business grows, you'll be a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team, enabling them to focus on what matters most. You'll manage complex diaries, coordinate travel, prepare briefing documents, and handle correspondence and communications on behalf of senior leaders. You'll also support recruitment activities, internal communications, and ad hoc projects. We're looking for someone with a proven track record as an Executive Assistant, who is independent, resourceful, and determined, and experience of delivering success in a start-up company would also be valued.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in an EA, PA or senior administrative role
• Experience working in or alongside life sciences, biotech, deep tech or a similarly technical scale-up
• Proven ability to manage complex diaries and travel coordination across time zones
• Exceptional organisational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• String written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable with adopting new digital tools
