Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will manage month-end close, oversee cash management and general ledger integrity, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.

Requirements

• Oversee and direct accounting operations including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, general ledger, and cash management.
• Manage month-end close process and preparation of financial reporting to parent company
• Monitor budget performance versus actual results; identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and upload monthly intercompany reporting
• Oversee general ledger integrity and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly cash forecast in partnership with project controller
• Partner with department heads in creating yearly budgets and bi-annual forecasts
• Manage capital tracking, fixed assets, leasing and depreciation schedules.
• Lead the annual external audit process
• Coordinate all tax matters with external accounting firm
