Job Description
We are seeking inside sales representatives to contact prospective customers through various communication channels (email, calls, chat, SMS) to provide technology solutions for water quality improvement. The role involves communicating with customers, providing product information, verifying orders, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Highly self-motivated and enjoys being rewarded for efforts.
- Enjoys speaking with and can effectively present information and respond to questions from potential customers.
- Able to obtain important information from prospective customers in a professional manner.
- Strong communicator with passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable.
- Sales Experience required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience in ERP an asset.
