Requirements
- Partner with client stakeholders to develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for Intake Specialists
- Facilitate new hire training sessions, including system navigation, processes, and customer service expectations
- Ensure training content is clear, consistent, and aligned with operational requirements
- Support staff during onboarding by reinforcing best practices and performance expectations
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to Intake Specialists as needed
- Update training materials to reflect process changes and system updates
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance staff readiness and performance
