Job Description
This position is responsible for developing and conducting training programs for Goodwill's employees and clients. The Multi-purpose Trainer will develop and deliver training programs to enable employees and clients to improve their career development skills.
Requirements
- Develops, delivers, and monitors training programs
- Translates requirements into trainings for career path development
- Provides general training in areas such as job readiness, retail training, and customer service
- Develops and maintains up-to-date curricula and learning materials
- Conducts cost-benefit analysis and calculates training ROI
