- Conducting training sessions and workshops
- Keeping training materials up-to-date and relevant
- Working closely with subject matter experts
- Coordinating logistics of training programs
- Tracking and reporting on training metrics
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Providing functional and technical expertise to end users of company Learning Management System
- Assisting in developing upcoming year's curriculum
