Multi-purpose Trainer

This position is responsible for developing and conducting training programs and related support for Goodwill's employees and clients to enable them to improve their career development skills.

Requirements

• Develops, delivers, and monitors training programs and related services to assigned employees, clients and customers
• Develops and maintains up-to-date curricula and learning materials on topics covered
• Assists colleagues in providing group training for information sessions and job readiness training
• Monitors training costs against budget to ensure the most efficient use of company resources
• Stays abreast of new trends and tools in adult learning
