Cook

The Cook will serve the Guest by providing superior food products with quick, friendly, and superior service. Responsibilities include menu assembly, food preparation, packaging, cleaning, and inventory management. The role involves maintaining kitchen equipment and adhering to established procedures and recipes.

Requirements

• Assemble menu items
• Prep all food items
• Package the menu items
• Portion control
• Proper holding and storage of all food items
• Take out the trash
• Assist in front-of-the-house operations
• Unpack and store incoming inventory
• Clean restrooms
• Clean kitchen and storage areas
• Clean and maintain equipment
• Sweep and mop restaurant areas
• Report to management when equipment is malfunctioning
• Pick up trash on the parking lot
• Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of the assigned duties and responsibilities
• Basic math skills
