Formulate and manage short- and long-term HRIS implementation plans, manage day-to-day HR systems and data integration, troubleshoot system issues, etc. as part of the HRIS function
Requirements
- Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
- Develop, manage and monitor HRIS budget/costs to optimize usage of budget against HR system requirements
- Manage the ongoing day-to-day HRIS and data integration between various system platforms
- Maintain and review existing systems and recommend improvements/standardization/upgrading
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues relating to software packages, hardware issues, security, password problems, etc.
- Develop training materials and educate employees on the usage of existing/new/updated systems
- Lead and manage country-wide HRIS projects to enhance existing system needs
- Work closely with external IT vendors/consultants on system upgrade/improvement initiatives
