Requirements
- Regularly audit all information saved in HRIS to ensure data accuracy
- Run regular and ad-hoc reports of headcount/turnover, HR, benefits, payroll and compensation information
- Troubleshoot systems and ensure that data is accurately captured across each system
- Train users on how to use systems and provide global technical support
- Research and evaluate new systems based on requirements
