Operations Coordinator

We're seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day logistics and operational activities, including shipment routing, documentation processing, inventory support, and customer interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook).
• Ability to work overtime hours as necessary.
