Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator provides critical support to Forward’s Truckload Brokerage operations by assisting with load management, data entry, carrier communication, and customer interaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
• Interest in pursuing a career in logistics, transportation, or operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
