Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and building microservices
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Python
• Cloud Mastery: Proven experience operating in the cloud (ideally AWS)
• Efficient Python & Concurrency: Strong understanding of Python's execution constraints and ability to explain design choices
• Applied Distributed Architecture: Understanding of network unreliability and data consistency in distributed environments
• Messaging & Databases: Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases, as well as message brokers
• AI-First Mindset: Active user of AI coding assistants
