Senior AI Python Software Engineer

We are a strategy-led technology firm working with midsize companies to design and implement high-impact automation and analytics systems. We are seeking a hands-on Senior AI Python Software Engineer to act as an independent individual contributor, working directly with the founder to expand our delivery capacity and improve overall system reliability across engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• Proven track record of taking loosely defined problems and driving them all the way to production.
• Experience working effectively in imperfect, real-world operational environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong ownership and independent problem-solving skills.
