The Real Estate Portfolio Management Associate will provide analysis, research, and support throughout the entire lifecycle of Investments from Acquisition to Disposition. This will be an intense generalist role that will require critical thinking and understanding of complex analysis, fund structures, legal agreements, and waterfalls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Financing, Economics, Business Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance, Acquisitions, Portfolio Management, or Asset Management
- 3+ years experience in financial modeling, valuation, and performance analysis
- Experience building valuation models, interpreting financial returns including but not limited to NPV, IRR, Equity Multiple, return on cost, and residual values
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to simplify and communicate complex analysis
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
