Job Description
A Regional Manager is responsible for the staffing, profit, performance, and operations within an assigned Region. Provides coaching and leadership to a regional DM team to deliver profitable market share growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in coaching, leading, and developing teams.
- Possesses a high level of account management/sales and customer service knowledge.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial goals and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or Relative Experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
