Senior Billing Operations Specialist

Responsible for working within the Billing team on different assignments, ensuring customer billing requirements are met, and resolving payment issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, finance, accounting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and complete assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills.
• Excellent communication and professionalism skills to manage interactions with customers both internal and external.
