Job Description
dna is seeking a Senior Associate, Client Experience to support day-to-day account needs and provide digital counsel to clients in the healthcare communications space. The ideal candidate will have agency experience in healthcare communications, knowledge of the media landscape, and a focus on social, digital, and influencer marketing.
Requirements
- Fluency and/or familiarity with digital and social media
- Industry experience in healthcare communications and/or pharmaceuticals
- Familiarity with data and regulatory milestone communications
- Strong understanding of the relationship between traditional public relations and the use of current online/digital technology and social media
- Strong presentation skills, poise, and professionalism
- Proactivity when coordinating projects and managing timelines
