Senior Associate, Client Experience

We are seeking a Senior Associate with client experience and healthcare communications expertise to serve as a counselor to our clients for one of our long-standing biopharmaceutical accounts. The ideal candidate will have broad interest in the full remit of healthcare communications, including digital, earned media, data and regulatory milestones, and branded/unbranded disease awareness programming. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a specific interest and experience in social and digital content development.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years' experience in public relations at an agency or corporate in-house (healthcare experience required)
• Fluency and/or familiarity with digital and social media
• Familiarity with data and regulatory milestone communications
• Strong understanding of the relationship between traditional public relations and the use of current online/digital technology and social media
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Strong presentation skills, poise, and professionalism
• Industry experience in healthcare communications and/or pharmaceuticals
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables
• BA or BS in Public Relations, Communications, or in a related field
