Senior Associate, Client Experience

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate to support one of our largest digital-first accounts. In this role, you will help manage day-to-day account needs while collaborating closely with junior staff members, providing guidance and oversight to ensure work is delivered efficiently and at a high standard.

Requirements

• Experience developing workback plans and executing a material from ideation through client review processes
• Proactivity when coordinating projects and managing timelines
• Experience working in a client-facing environment
• Strong understanding of communications field, including digital/social media, as well as traditional public relations
• Attention to detail
• Strong presentation skills, poise and professionalism
