Medical Assistant

Elite DNA Behavioral Health is expanding and seeking full-time Medical Assistants to support their mission of providing high-quality, accessible care to patients and creating a supportive environment for their team. The role involves performing administrative and clinical tasks, assisting physicians with direct patient care, and contributing to the clinic's efficiency. They emphasize collaboration, integrity, and patient well-being.

Requirements

• Provides services to individuals and coordination/support to psychiatrists, PA and APRNs.
• Initiates and completes all relevant documentation within organizational time frames.
• Educates patients on the details of what has been prescribed and when/ where to get the medication.
• Prepare medication refill requests.
• Verify pharmacy information.
• Monitor and document patient phone calls.
