As a Passenger Services Agent at dnata, you will help travelers get on their way calmly, professionally, and with attention. You will handle check-in, boarding, and other tasks in a dynamic, international environment. You will work with a team to ensure flights depart on time and passengers have a smooth journey.

Requirements

• At least MBO-4 work and thinking level, preferably in Aviation Services
• Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Flexible availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays
• Living within 60 minutes of Schiphol
• Service-oriented, solution-focused, and professional in every situation
