Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Passenger Services Agent to work at Schiphol airport. As an experienced point of contact, you will provide guidance, support your team, and ensure that every passenger is professionally and safely helped.
Requirements
- MBO 4 work and thinking level
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Junior Passenger Services Agent
- Full experience with all aspects of passenger handling
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Flexible in working hours and living within 60 minutes of Schiphol
