Inside Sales Representative

CMS Controls is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales team. The role involves developing relationships with clients, providing estimates and proposals, managing project timelines, and providing support for project cycles. It’s a full-time, on-site position ideal for detail-oriented professionals interested in growth and sales leadership.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales support, estimating, or inside sales (BAS, MEP, or construction preferred).
• Background in HVAC systems and Building Management Systems (BMS) — technical understanding is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative.
