Job Description
The Dobbs Truck Group is a growth company seeking an Outside Parts Sales Representative to manage existing and prospective customers, traveling as needed to provide on-site customer support. The role requires 2 years of parts sales experience, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry, and the ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision.
Requirements
- Develop strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Represent the Company in identifying innovative solutions to exceed customer's needs
- Maintain a database of customers and utilize effective follow-up communications
- Achieve high customer satisfaction
- Address customer issues or disputes
- Identify opportunities for new business
- Achieve and surpass monthly/quarterly/annual sales quota/goals
- Plan territory coverage and call upon current and prospective key accounts
