ID Card Operators

Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking ID Card Operators to add to their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing identification cards and Common Access Cards, providing customer service, and maintaining records.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment
• Proficient in English, both written and oral
• Proven customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
• Must successfully complete RAPIDS certification within seven business days after being hired
• Type 25 words per minute
• Previous CAC or similar Government contract employment experience is a plus
• Familiarity with the military is desirable
