Requirements
- Sales or sales operations experience, preferably in a SaaS company
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective, scalable solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce and revenue intelligence tools
- Experience with sales engagement, video, and deliverability platforms
- Familiarity with automation and data enrichment tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to tell stories through data
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High coachability and ability to integrate feedback effectively
