Account Manager

Account Manager role responsible for leading commercial and relationship efforts for a portfolio of mid-to-large London insurance clients, driving account retention, renewals, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in B2B account management, customer success or commercial roles
• Proven track record managing renewals and contributing to account growth
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
• Familiarity with the London insurance market (insurers, Lloyd’s, brokers, MGAs) is highly desirable
