Doctoralia is seeking a Head of Operations to connect teams, strengthen processes, and structure systems for efficient operation and sustainable business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial teams and middle management roles
- Experience in transferable industries such as startups, fintech, or other fast-paced environments
- Advanced English level (C1)
- Experience working with CRM platforms
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables or advanced level)
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Ability to develop a holistic and in-depth understanding of the business
- Strong capabilities in process optimization and operational management
- Systems thinking mindset with experience in process architecture
- Experience working with technological tools, automation, or cloud-based solutions
- Exposure to data architecture or information systems
