Manage the complete journey of expansion products within clinics, ensuring implementation, adoption, optimization, expansion, and renewal of these products, helping clinics to achieve tangible results in operational efficiency, patient management, and business growth.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a KAM, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager.
- Experience working with B2B clients.
- Experience in managing strategic accounts.
- Experience in handling objections, negotiation, and client retention.
- Experience in using CRM and client metric analysis.
- Experience in consultative sales.
