Requirements
- Previous experience leading teams with sales targets
- Advanced/Fluent English (will have constant interaction with the global team and stages of the selection process in English)
- Experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as: Spin Selling, Challenge Sales, GPCT, and BANT
- Analytical skills to make decisions based on data
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide the team
- Entrepreneurial mindset: responsible for results, not just processes
- Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude: someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets involved in the operation whenever necessary
