Requirements
- Previous experience leading teams with sales goals
- Advanced/Fluent English
- Experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving goals
- Understanding of sales methodologies such as Spin Selling, Challenge Sales, GPCT, and BANT
- Analytical skills to make decisions based on data
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide the team
- Profile owner: responsible for results, not just processes
