Job Description
Doctoralia is looking for a Cross-Sales Supervisor to lead and develop a high-performance team focused on acquiring and expanding clients, ensuring sustainable growth of the MRR and meeting commercial objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 3 years leading Customer Success or sales teams
- Experience in SaaS businesses
- Commercial management of clients
- Knowledge and experience managing VIP clients
- Experience in process scaling and construction and implementation of these same processes.
- Experience in data management for process tracking and creation of strategies.
