Job Description
Lead, develop, and scale the first sales team to maximize the conversion of inbound leads and achieve optimal productivity levels, transforming an operational team into a highly performing team through coaching, management of the funnel, and execution of commercial processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (ideally inbound / high-intent leads)
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales teams
- Proven experience managing high-volume funnels
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding commercial targets
- Experience working with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or others)
- Knowledge in Excel
