Job Description
DOCS Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners to provide health readiness services to U.S. military members. The position involves supporting physical health assessments, reviewing medical records, and determining readiness for deployment. The role is based in Riverside, CA with potential for occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program.
Requirements
- Active NP license in the state
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care or Occupational Health (preferred)
- Experience with mobile medical services (preferred)
- Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology (preferred)
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Ability to work extended hours
- Ability to work in various locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Not required: Diagnose, treat or prescribe medications
- Over three decades of experience
- Fixed-clinic, mobile treatment center, telemedicine, and portable deployment models
