Requirements
- Proactive contact point with users to identify context and check technical requirements
- Conducting the migration process of customer data into the Doctolib application
- Support in the technical onboarding support for complex questions
- Participation in the Tooling Taskforce to analyze and improve Customer Care processes
- Interaction with sales, customer support, and development teams to improve the product
