Requirements
- At least fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) according to the European language reference framework
- Advanced knowledge of data processing and formatting in Excel or similar programs as well as basic knowledge of advanced data processing methods (e.g. SQL and/or Regular Expressions)
- In-depth knowledge of APIs, IT infrastructures, networks, VPNs, and their setup (e.g. Citrix VDI, Terminal Server, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services)
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with users on the phone and in online meetings (B2B & B2C)
- A high level of detail accuracy, willingness to learn, and genuine curiosity about our products, technical processes, and transformations in healthcare
