[MY] Regional People Operations Specialist (Payroll)

The Regional People Operations Specialist (Payroll) will drive payroll processing for Doctor Anywhere in Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand & Indonesia, and provide HR support for managers and employees. The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change, and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of payroll experience, with experience in processing payroll APAC countries is strongly preferred.
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a start-up, hyper-growth environment with the capacity to effectively manage multiple payroll simultaneously.
• Proficient knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Unquestioned integrity and confidentiality.
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
