[SG] Patient Service Associate

We are seeking a Health Concierge Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will manage patient registrations, appointments, and inquiries in our Radiology and Health Screening Centre. They will be patients' first point of contact and therefore an essential part of our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of related clinic assistant or customer service experience
• Experience in a similar customer service role, ideally in a medical setting
• Strong knowledge of office systems such as GSuite and clinical procedures is preferred
