Team Lead Project Management (m/w/x)

We are looking for a Team Lead Project Management to lead our project management team, professionalize our structures and processes, and be the key contact for our pharmaceutical partners.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in startups, consulting, or VC
• Already led teams and know how to motivate, develop, and lead people to high performance
• Have a well-developed process thinking and experience in introducing/optimizing PM structures, ideally using AI tools
• Communicate confidently, convincingly, and professionally, also on stakeholder level with pharmaceutical customers
• Work structured, prioritize well, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in German and English
