Team Lead Project Management (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Team Lead Project Management to join our project management leadership team and shape the professional and organizational development of our department. The ideal candidate is passionate about project management and has experience in project and/or process management, as well as leadership experience and good communication skills.

Requirements

• Passion for project management and good understanding of the 'big picture'
• Several years of experience in project and/or process management (ideally IT/Transformation)
• First leadership experience and clear self-understanding as coach and mentor
• Confident handling of classical and agile methods as well as common tools (MS365, Jira, Confluence)
• High quality claim and structured, autonomous working method
• Very good communication skills as well as knowledge of German and English
