Project Management Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced project manager with leadership qualities to lead complex projects and develop a project management team. The role involves strategic project management, leadership, and customer focus.

Requirements

• HBO + or WO work and thinking level
• At least 7 years of experience in project management
• Availability of 32 - 40 hours per week
• Experience with complex (international) projects and stakeholder management
• Strong leadership qualities and coaching skills
• A results-driven mindset with an eye for quality and teamwork
• Good command of Dutch and English (German is a plus)
• Experience with PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, and/or Scrum is a plus
