The French Editorial Coordinator reports to the Editorial Manager and works closely with the French Editor and communications teams to raise awareness of MSF's medical humanitarian work in Canada. The role involves reviewing and editing French-language content, creating marketing copy, and supporting the editorial process for MSF Canada's print and digital content.
Requirements
- Experience in French copy-editing and translation
- Experience working in French-language communications or marketing environments
- Experience writing or adapting French marketing or fundraising copy
- Ability to apply marketing and audience engagement principles to written content
- High level of attention to detail, thoroughness and consistency in content and proofreading
- Experience with the use of inclusive language
- Commitment to MSF Principles and cross cultural awareness
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and French
