Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and executing core HR functions across the organization. This position supports payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior experience in payroll administration and benefits coordination
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS software, UKG experience preferred.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Occasional standing, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
• Manual dexterity for computer and phone use.
• Visual acuity to read documents.
• Clear speech and ability to understand others.
• Occasional lifting of 10-30 pounds.
