Docusign is seeking a Growth Business Operations & Process Excellence Lead to architect and scale the operating systems, programs, and automation that enable the Growth organization to execute faster, operate more efficiently, and deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
- 12+ years experience in business operations, marketing/growth operations or management consulting in B2B or SaaS environments
- Experience building and scaling operating models, processes, and systems for GTM or marketing organizations
- Experience with program management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) and experimentation frameworks
