Job Description
Renewal Specialist responsible for owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned territory, minimizing financial attrition, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate has experience in renewal management, account management, or customer success, with strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in Egypt
- 1+ years of experience within Renewal Management, Account Management or Customer Success
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in written and spoken English
