The Solutions Architect partners with the field sales team to discover and understand customer business challenges, complex processes, and architectural landscapes to build world-class integrated solutions leveraging Docusign's Agreement Cloud platform and partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role selling enterprise level software
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
- Ability to travel 40% or more as needed
- Strong communicator, articulate the company vision, strategic messages, and use cases
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce
- Experience working with employees at all levels of an organisation
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management and/or ERP, CRM, and ECM systems
- Experience with software system configuration and integration
- Experience with system integration methods: web services, SOAP APIs and REST APIs
- Experience with HTML, XML, and structured data
- Experience with electronic signature concepts
