DocuWare is seeking a Sales Director (m/w/d) for Central Europe (AT, CH & CEE). The successful candidate will drive sustainable revenue growth and lead indirect sales teams across the region.
Requirements
- Completed training in a leading sales methodology or hold a university degree or equivalent qualification
- Several years of successful experience in solution sales in the software sector
- Above-average technical and computer skills
- Solid leadership experience, including building and managing sales teams
- Experience in designing and optimizing marketing and sales funnels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in German and English
- Based in Switzerland or Austria
